Deadlines, Important Dates, Candidate & Teams Lists – Jan 28, 2025

Deadlines, clothing orders, meetings, and more!

   

Men’s and women’s themes are in place and the final details are being worked out.  Now, all that we are missing are candidate applications!

NEW this year is a Candidate Application Deadline: 

  • The last day we will accept a single men’s application is Sunday, February 16, 2025. 
  • The last day we will accept a married couples application is Sunday, February 16, 2025. 
  • The last day we will accept a single women’s application is Sunday, February 23, 2025. 

These deadlines are approaching quickly!

 

Are you working Palanca?

Both the men and women palanca teams have t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies available for purchase.  To claim one of these items for yourself, you will need to do the following:

  • Order a t-shirt online before the deadline
  • Pick up t-shirt at the camp when you come to work

Deadline to order a clothing item for the men is Tuesday February 4, 8am.

Deadline to order a clothing item for the women is Tuesday February 11, 9am.

 

Important Dates:

  • This coming weekend, January 31 – February 1, is the final practice weekend for the conference team at Living Hope Church, Willmar, MN.
  • Also, the is week Saturday, February 1,  Palanca team will meet at 10am at Living Hope Church in Willmar for a team meeting. All Palanca team members are encouraged to attend as this is a time to review the schedule and share important information.
  • Saturday, February 1, 1pm, all 4th day members who are planning to work general palanca are invited to gather at Living Hope Church and hear from the Palanca Rector/Rrectoras.
  • Saturday, February 1, at about 3pm, after the conference team and palanca wraps up their meetings, we will gather as a large group for a time of worship, a short message and communion.  Everyone who is a part of the 4th day is welcome to attend.
